How to Use

  1. Enter your age, gender, height, weight, activity level, body fat percentage, and choose a formula.
  2. Click on the calculate button to get your results.

Input Values

  1. Age - Enter your age in years.
  2. Gender - Select your gender from the dropdown menu.
  3. Height - Enter your height in feet and inches.
  4. Weight - Enter your weight in kilograms.
  5. Activity Level - Select your activity level from the dropdown menu.
  6. Body Fat Percentage - Enter your body fat percentage in percentage.

Default unit is years for age, feet and inches for height, kilograms for weight, and percentage for body fat percentage.

Output unit of measurement is calories per day.
